Always the best service.... Alan showed up promptly ....he listened and then did what he needed to do to get our A/C back into the cold zone. The people at MayDay from dispatch to tech. specialists are very professional and well skilled. They are also honest ....we have had them over seven times ...for our old fridge (2 times ...fixed the first time , than advised to get a new one) our washing machine (2 times ....same thing , fixed then get a new one) and the A/C ( 2 or 3 times..... changed the filters, checked out the machinery and then recharged with Freon.) Every service was done in a straight forward way with no attempt to "add-on" . We appreciate that. ~ Monette R
Mayday was the most responsive appliance repair company of all the companies I attempted to contact via Yelp. They responded to my query quickly and offered a very fair fee to come take a look at my inoperative dishwasher (and this was deducted from the final repair invoice as promised). Mayday's whole team (the office/administrative staff and the repairman, Eric) was professional and friendly. They got the job done without any issues, and for a very fair price! Mayday: Excellent service; customer specialist Lisa professional & courteous. Was able to get an AC assessment the same day (in July) with email & text confirmation. Field tech Allan provided advance notification via text of ETA & called to confirm an EARLY ARRIVAL (yay) Was able to diagnose and get AC back in service during visit. Will save for any future calls. I was really happy with how quickly the guys from Fuse HVAC Repair were able to diagnose and fix my ac unit. I had been dealing with my old AC for three months, but when I called them Fuse was able to come out the same day and get it up and running. They are really reasonable priced too. Definitely recommend them to anyone in San Juan Capistrano, CA! ~ Brooke L
We needed our AC checked out immediately, and they got a technician out to us within an hour! Allan only charged me the service fee, even though he did a couple of extra things my unit needed done.
